Please do not include sensitive personal information or identifiable customer or smart-meter data in the website contact form.

‍3. Why do we use your information?
We use your personal data to respond to enquiries, discuss our solutions and manage business relationships. We do so on the basis of our legitimate interest in communicating with existing and prospective business contacts. Where you personally intend to enter into a contract with us, we process the information necessary to take steps at your request before entering into that contract.
We also process technical information to operate our website, diagnose problems and prevent abuse, based on our legitimate interest in maintaining a secure and reliable website. Where technologies require consent to access or store information on your device, we obtain that consent first. Optional analytics, advertising and personalisation activities, if enabled, rely on your consent.
We retain information about your privacy choices to comply with our data-protection obligations. We may also process personal data to comply with applicable legal obligations or binding requests from competent authorities, and where necessary for our legitimate interest in establishing, exercising or defending legal claims.
Where we rely on legitimate interests, we assess those interests against your rights and reasonable expectations. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

‍4. Do you have to provide your information?
‍You can browse our website without submitting a contact form.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required to submit the form. If you do not provide the information needed to understand and answer your request, we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal. You may also contact us by email or telephone.

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected.
We keep enquiries and related correspondence for 1 year after the enquiry is closed or our last meaningful contact. We retain business-contact information for 1 year.
Website and security logs are retained for 1 year, unless needed to investigate an incident. Records of your consent choices are retained for 1 year. The retention periods for analytics and advertising information are specified in our Cookie Policy.
Where your information becomes part of a customer relationship, the applicable customer privacy information explains its further use and retention.
We may retain limited information for longer where a specific legal obligation requires it or where necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim. When retention is no longer justified, we delete or irreversibly anonymise the information.

‍8. Cookies and similar technologies
‍Our website uses cookies to operate the site and remember your preferences.
Optional analytics, advertising and personalisation technologies are used only after you consent. You can reject optional cookies or choose individual categories. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time through here, as easily as you gave it.
Rejecting optional cookies does not prevent access to the website’s core content. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Our cookie policy identifies each cookie or tracker, its provider, purpose, category, duration and relevant recipients, together with the retention periods for associated personal data.

‍9. Your rights
‍Subject to the conditions of applicable law, you may:
